Booth in Beijing – Our Project at World Gas Congress 2025

Contents

The World Gas Congress 2025 in Beijing was one of the largest and most prestigious events in the natural gas sector. Thousands of experts from around the world, hundreds of exhibitors, and dozens of business conversations every day. In such an environment, one thing is certain: your booth has to speak for itself – before anyone even asks a question.

For us, it was another project that proved how a well-designed exhibition space can function as the most effective sales team.

Functionality, Aesthetics, Brand Story

Our task was to design and deliver a booth for Common SA, a provider of advanced systems for the energy sector. The client came with a clear goal: to make the most of their presence at the congress and build strong relationships with international partners. We made sure the space where those conversations happened would be remembered – not just for its visual appeal, but for its functionality and comfort.

Why Thoughtfully Designed Booths Work

A great booth doesn’t just showcase a product – it delivers a brand experience. When we design, we look far beyond the brief. We consider the event’s context, the visitor flow, the location, and the brand’s voice. In Beijing, it was all about visibility, professionalism, and consistency of message. And it worked – the booth stood out, drew attention, and became the stage for multiple key business meetings.
